Terms of Service

In short

GSC PAP is a free, as-is service that connects your Google Search Console to MCP-compatible AI clients. You can stop using it any time. We may suspend abusive accounts. We're not liable if something breaks.

1. The service

GSC PAP ("the Service") is a hosted bridge that lets MCP-compatible AI clients (Claude, Cursor, etc.) read your Google Search Console data on your behalf via Google's official API.

The Service is operated by GSC PAP (Personal project (independent operator), "we", "us").

2. Free, as-is

The Service is provided free of charge in its current version. We may introduce optional paid plans in the future; existing free-tier behaviour will continue to be offered, and we will notify users at least 14 days before any pricing change that affects them.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of returned data, or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must have a valid Google account with access to one or more Google Search Console properties.

You may use the Service for properties you own or properties you legitimately manage on behalf of a client (e.g. as an agency). Using the Service to access data you are not authorized to access is a violation of these Terms and likely of Google's own terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Circumvent Google's rate limits, quotas, or terms of service
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure
  • Resell access to the Service or use it as a backend for a commercial offering without prior written agreement
  • Make automated requests that exceed reasonable usage (we apply per-user rate limits)
  • Access Search Console properties that you do not own or are not authorised to manage

Violations may result in immediate, irrevocable account suspension. We may also report illegal activity to authorities.

5. Your data and privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Briefly: we encrypt your OAuth refresh token at rest, we never store your Search Console data, and you can delete your account at any time from Security settings.

6. Intellectual property

The GSC PAP source code is published under the MIT License (see GitHub). The brand name "GSC PAP" and any logos remain our property. You may not present the hosted Service as your own product or use our marks in a misleading way.

7. Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. For material changes that affect existing users we'll notify by email at least 14 days in advance. The Service itself may be discontinued with at least 60 days notice, during which you can export and migrate your data.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for: violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, abuse of resources, or compliance with legal requirements. Where possible we will notify you and give a reasonable opportunity to remedy the situation.

You may terminate your account at any time from the Security settings. Termination revokes all your bearer tokens immediately, calls Google's OAuth revoke endpoint, and triggers a 30-day data purge.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to €100. The Service is free, and this limit reflects that.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on the Google Search Console API and other Google services. Your use of those services is governed by Google's own terms (e.g. Google APIs Terms of Service). We are not responsible for changes Google makes to their APIs that may affect the Service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We will publish a new version with an updated effective date here and notify active users by email at least 14 days before any material change. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
